We are enjoying the space we have at the property and the freedom it gives us to have animals. Frederick and Chicky are free to roam during the day and find things to get into. Here is a picture of Frederick getting into the catfood. He has decided that he likes it better that his own food, and eats it every chance he gets.

Chicky has made the extra hay in the corner her nest instead of one of the nice nest boxes. We still haven’t gotten the new chickens, but hopefully we will soon.

Emma has found the coolest spot is under the deck. She has further improved it by digging a hole and sleeping with her head hung down in it.

We have been waiting to get settled and into warm weather to get a kitten and finally got one last week. We named her Dorothy. She is sweet and adorable and so full of energy that she keeps us up at night.
